“If you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain.”
---Dolly Parton
I strongly agree with Dolly Patton's quote "“If you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain" because of its meaning. Many of us have come across situations where they seem to take such a toll on us and almost as if the world hated us. Although such problems and stresses are put on us throughout our life, we fight against these to reach a goal. Without struggling, nothing would be a reward; everything would be handed to us and wed feel nothing. If we want the pretty and greatest, we must endure some hardships to reach what we strive for.
Everyone has goals they would like to achieve whether being short or long term. The reason why they are called goals is since they are not at hands reach and are seeked after. Putting up with a struggle or two will be challenging but a must when in attempt to get something better. For example, majority of people who attended school would most likely say it was a drag and very tedious. They endure this for years and years, each becoming a bit more difficult, and if pushed all the way through, would have the satisfying reward of knowledge and schooling that can be used to give them a great push for the rest of their life. One must deal with the ugly and dreadful to reach beauty and happiness.
